Lauran Pancoast

Director of Early Childhood Education, Programming and Operations

Lauran Pancoast, our Director of Early Childhood Education, joined TCS in July 2019.  Lauran has a master’s degree in early childhood education from Hunter College in New York. She spent nine years at the renowned Jewish Community Project (JCP) of downtown Manhattan and developed a deep respect and love for Judaism and Jewish education. Her references are stellar, and we feel fortunate to have found someone so highly qualified for this position.
